Terms & Conditions
By participating in this contest, the parent or legal guardian of the child (the “Entrant”) agrees to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
This contest is open to children aged 12 and under residing in Singapore. All entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Submission Requirements

Entries must be submitted using the official colouring sheet provided.

To be eligible for judging, you must upload a clear photo of the child holding their coloured artwork. Entries without this verification photo may be disqualified at our discretion.

Only one entry per child is permitted.
3. Parental Approval
By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the legal authority to grant permission for the artwork (and the photo of the child with the artwork) to be displayed on the Prime Group website and associated social media platforms for the duration of the contest.
4. Judging and Prizes
Winners will be selected based on a combination of public voting (70%) and internal judging (30%) by our team. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries found to be using automated voting software or other suspicious activity.
5. Privacy Notice
We are committed to protecting your child’s privacy. On our public gallery, we will only display the child’s first name or nickname, their age, and the artwork. We will never publicly share phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, or school information.
6. Rights and Ownership
By submitting, you warrant that the artwork is the child’s original creation. Prime Group reserves the right to remove any entries that we deem inappropriate or that violate these terms.
