From 2025 onwards, regulatory expectations for PHV platforms have become more stringent. Platforms must LTA, passengers, and drivers if service disruptions or technical problems, and emergency plans ready. The goal is to keep service reliable, protect both drivers and passengers’ issues caused by technical or dispatch failures.

In August, we opened our central MacPherson outlet at 1 Kampong Ampat, a seven-day operating location closer to the city. Together with our new Kaki Bukit workshop partnership and our Benoi site, this strengthens our service coverage across Singapore.
